I designed the lessons like we are working side by side, as much as is possible with an online course. As you move through the course you’ll watch videos that show how I prepare delicious and healthy dishes will also help you learn valuable cooking skills and insights into the world of natural foods cooking.
While I’m cooking in the videos, I talk about some of my personal experiences to give you the kind of information that I would pass along to a student chef who was working alongside me in the kitchen.
